When sending us returns, we would appreciate it if you could provide a short explanation (although not necessary) for the reason of return. This helps us to better understand our customer’s needs and complaints and assists us in developing better products. When returning items:
  • • You may ask for a refund to your credit card, or if you paid for your order with a check/money order we can issue you a refund from a company check

Refunds and credits for returned merchandise will be issued only for the amount of product returned. We are unable to accept returns for international orders. Our Security Policy
Since the start of IME, we have NEVER sold or traded any of our customers information, nor have we ever jeopardized that information.
Usually, when most of us order online, all of our personal information; most importantly our credit card information is stored on the company's website server or Internet connected server. Here it can reside for months and even years, ripe for the opportunity of theft. IME does not employ this practice. Immediately after you place an online order with IME, only one or two authorized employees have access to your order and they will promptly print out your order for further processing in our office. Following this step, they completely delete it from the server immediately. We do not let your information sit idly on a server, and no part of your personal or financial information is ever stored on any computer with an outside connection to a publicly accessible network (internet). All hard copy orders that have been printed, processed and shipped are further filed in a secure and protected environment. We have taken the steps necessary to ensure that your credit card transaction is safe and secure.

We do not store information about YOU but rather we track information on the performance of our website, and the only identifiable information recorded is your computers IP address. This tool is solely used to help us improve the content of the site.
Our promise to you is that we will never sell, dissect, decimate, share, or trade your information. We do not research your buying habits, we do not sell your buying habits, and most of all we do not transfer your online purchasing and personal information onto any other machine. Shipping Policy
All online orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days - major holidays may delay us a little further. In order for us to deliver your merchandise in the fastest way possible, we ask that you please be sure to fill out all of the information accurately and completely. Orders are shipped UPS ground. Any damaged orders are returned to us by UPS and the order is re-shipped. If your order is returned damaged, we will notify you that a replacement order is being shipped as soon as possible.
